The best of both worlds, McArthur’s offers all the value and menu diversity of our two pub style locations with a bit of a calmer feel so you can relax and enjoy some quality adult conversation. Located in the heart of downtown Pleasantville, across from the Jacob Burn’s Film Center and right near the Metro North Station, our mahogany tap room with roomy booths and the latest draft and wine selections is a great place to stop in after a long day at work for a drink for a much deserved adult night out. Our warm inviting dinning room is also the perfect location to enjoy our variety of menu selections. McArthur’s has all of our classic options from overstuffed sandwiches, such as the amazing Philly cheesesteak and fresh turkey club, or our eleven 100% Black Angus specialty burgers with a variety of gourmet toppings for your choosing but we also have a lot more! We feature a “Home-Style” entrees page where you can find a hot turkey dinner served up with stuffing so good you’ll think its Thanksgiving in April, or our specialty mushroom meatloaf and mashed potatoes made from scratch daily! |

Over the last two years, we’ve worked with our seafood purveyors and creative kitchen staff to build a delicious selection of fresh fish for your enjoyment. Honey Mustard Salmon, Stuffed Filet of Sole, English-Style Fish and Chips, Center Cut Swordfish and our best seasonal selections: large portions, fair prices, always fresh daily…no one does fish better!
In addition to pub classics, home-style favorites and fresh fish, McArthur’s newest culinary
addition comes by way of Mother Nature. Rather than weekly specials of left overs and other items the Chef wants to get rid of (like most small restaurants serve), McArthur’s features a unique rotating Seasonal Specials Menu. Running for 6-8 weeks at a time, each of our custom designed seasonal menus takes nature’s ripest fruits and vegetables for sauces and side dishes and pairs them with a cut of meat appropriate for the time of year. Call the restaurant any day of the week to see what wear offering that evening, our seasonal menus are always sure to surprise and delight!

Back in the tap room, our late night business is aimed at a more mature crowd and we’re the perfect place to take a classy date or stop in to visit with old friends. Once or twice a month, we feature live music by some of Pleasantville's favorite local bands or entertainers and on any given day a crowd gathers to cheer on your local sports favorites. The relaxed scene makes it easy to enjoy the company of those who already call McArthur's home and we’d love to see some new faces! (Let us know it’s your first time and we’ll be sure to take extra special care of you!)
